Returns & Exchanges

Because every VOURAL pair is customized by hand and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@voural.shop. We'll review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement when applicable.
